Blankenship, an OG Western Conference owner, has led his Bootleggers to three playoff appearances and a tie for the best regular season record in FCS history when they netted eleven wins in 2016. Twin City, previously calling Austin home as the Outlaws, enjoyed a dominant 2016 campaign, easily winning the West and falling just short of a Victor Bowl spot in our inaugural season. Since then, it has been a steady decline for the Boots who went four consecutive seasons without a playoff appearance until finally getting back in the black in 2022. Blankenship will look to continue his luck in Minnesota and make the Boots at staple in the Western Conference playoff push year in and year out.
